RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at venerabysan@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of payment, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Tailoring Guarantee: We understand that despite our best efforts, there may be instances where a custom-made item doesn’t meet your expectations or fit as desired. In such cases, we offer a Tailoring Guarantee:
• Customer’s Responsibility: If the need for alterations arises due to an error in the measurements provided by the customer or any preferences they wish to change, we are happy to assist. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us, as well as the alteration cost. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will work closely with you to make the necessary adjustments.
• Our Responsibility: In the unlikely event that any issues arise due to our workmanship or errors in the custom-made item, we take full responsibility. We will cover both the return shipping and the cost of alterations to ensure that the item meets your expectations.
● For accessories, we understand that preferences may vary. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return accessories. We offer the following options for accessory returns: • Full Refunds: We will provide a full refund if the product is in its original condition and has not been damaged.
● Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
